The C6 was the last classic/classy looking Vette.

I drool over the C7, but in an over-the-top exotic way. Like one would over a Lamborghini Diablo, in a "Dude come look at this thing isn't this freaking nuts I'm making this my wallpaper" way. When I picture a beautiful American SPORTS CAR, I picture a C6 Vette.

I kinda feel like that change happened between the C4 and C5. People went ape shit over the C5 when it came out because it actually attempted supercar looks, and could hang with the Ferraris and Porsches. I think the C6 and C7 are just kind of a natural evolution.

If it makes you feel any better, when the C6 Z06 was announced, I seriously ate nothing but Ramen, turned off the heater and A/C, drank nothing but tap water and Natty Ice, cancelled my cable, and sold my shit until I could buy one.
